The Michigan Emerging Technologies Fund (the ETF) is designed to expand funding opportunities for Michigan technology based companies in the federal innovation research and development arena. The fund was created in 2007 to help Michigan technology companies compete in federal innovation. The ETF was created to help fund Michigan technology startups in the state of Michigan.
